Candidate Halloran said, “The hard work and dedication to developing family businesses are the hallmark of the American dream, Chinese-Americans in Flushing are building on that dream and adding a new chapter to the history of Flushing. The work of the Flushing Chinese Business Association will continue to be at the forefront of the Asian-American community’s contribution to our great City”
