Dear Mr.Halloran, We here on Powells Cove in Beechhurst have been trying to get a Bump installed on our street for years, and have not as yet been able to do so. Cars speed up and down our street, buses travel up and down sometime also speeding. We also are unable to get out of our driveway because of the s0eed in which the cars are driving.
